Biography
A 2012 Olympic bronze medalist and World Amateur Championships winner, Taras Shelestyuk came into professional boxing with a top-level amateur pedigree.
The Ukrainian remains undefeated in 20 paid contests and is hunting down at shot at the world welterweight title.
Shelestuyk fought to a draw with former WBA title holder Gabriel Maestre over 10 rounds in March and retains a lofty ranking with the sanctioning body.
